What natural variables led us as organisms to develop into the materialistic, hedonistic life forms we exist as today? The future of our collective evolvement will undoubtedly be infinitely more complex than history of all previously recorded evolutionary processes. The evolution and survival of our species will no longer be determined by natural circumstance, but rather by the seemingly god-like hands of man.
Never again shall evolution be a slow, randomly occurring process. Evolution will be scientifically controlled to ensure our survival. The old adage “survival of the fittest” will be irrelevant to future evolutionary societies. The decision of whose genes will be passed on will be decided as ethically as possible. At this point in our evolution these proposals may seem corrupt and demonic, some may say that tampering with the evolutionary process is immoral. Ask yourself this. Is the survival of the human race itself more important than the equality of human reproduction? The fact is that the current world population of five billion will double in no less than a decade. How many more dependant humans can fit on this planet called earth? By engineering new experimental beings our collective human race will exponentially develop itself into an adaptable life form. Entheogenics raises so many different and relevant questions. From the complexities of it as a scientific principle, to the very fundamental ethics that allowed us to even conceive this notion. The research will target this topic from all angles. Positive and negative views will be represented fairly. The out come of this very social debate may likely chronicle the future of all mankind.
